In addition to serving her hometown of Dearborn as Council President, Susan Dabaja has 13 years of experience as an attorney, and has been an active volunteer for several Dearborn civic organizations. Since joining the Council, Susan Dabaja continues to practice in her Dearborn law office. She has an innate passion for public service, proven by her commitment to her family, neighbors and community.
Susan is an active member and volunteer of the Dearborn Rotary, Dearborn GoodFellow, Dearborn Education Foundation, Dearborn Historical Museum as well as Neighborhood Association Clean-ups
Susan has spent her entire legal career in the city of Dearborn, Michigan, representing her clients on Civil, Business, Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, Family, Criminal, Contracts and Bankruptcy law cases.
With over a decade of legal experience and practice, Susan Dabaja is a skilled Dearborn Attorney, Graduating 1st in her law school class – magna cum laude, Symposium Editor of Law Review.
Susan has spent her entire legal and public service career fighting for Dearborn families. As your Council President, Susan has worked to strengthen our public safety; approved construction of new affordable senior housing; helped eliminate paid parking and voted to approve the library millage to ensure continued library accessibility.
